Hard work pays off
I never had the motivation to exercise or improve myself. But when I tasted success, I learned what it feels like to have hard work and dedication and pride in yourself. I felt like I had reached a goal. That's what I remembered every day. From now on, I spent every training session thinking about how good it felt to have won in the past year. I did not need more motivation.
The motivation kick
Of course, there are also days when I struggle with myself and need to be more motivated to stay on the ball. But in those moments, I draw energy from looking back and seeing what I've achieved. Be it the health aspect or feeling better in my body - by becoming aware of these facts, I reach a whole new level of energy and continue on my way.
A change for life
In addition to my attitude to fitness and sports, my diet has also changed fundamentally. Since then, I have been taking advantage of the positive signals of my body every day. I am convinced that CrossFit has turned my life through positive and positive and can only advise anyone to try it out for themselves.
